This explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us about cleaning work.
What we ask for
When you fill in the quote form or ring us we collect your name, phone number, the property postcode, and optionally your email address and any notes you give us about the job. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we hold it
We use it to give you a quote, to book the clean and to keep in touch with you about that booking. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, followed by our legitimate interest in running the job.
Retention
We delete enquiries that never become bookings after 12 months, and keep records of completed work for six years in case they are needed for tax or a dispute.
Who has access
The office and the cleaners assigned to your job. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. The website is hosted by a third-party provider, and form submissions are passed securely to our booking system.

What you can ask us to do
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ring 020 8077 6366 and ask, and we will action it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
