When the phone rings out
Chances are one of us is standing next to a loud machine. Leave your postcode and a line about the job, and we will ring back the same day. There is no cleverer explanation than that.
Useful things to have ready
- For a move-out, the number of bedrooms, the key return date and whether carpets need doing too.
- For regular cleaning, how often you’d like us, a rough idea of hours, and how many bathrooms you have, since bathrooms add more time than bedrooms.
- For carpets, which rooms, and whether there are one or two flights of stairs.
- For an oven, whether it’s a single, double, 90cm range or AGA, and if the hood needs cleaning as well.
- Your postcode and street, which floor you live on, and any entry code.
Your street matters as much as your postcode
Everything we use has to be carried from where we park, so tell us your street. Kingston’s controlled zone covers the roads near the station and the High Street, Raynes Park runs on Merton’s system, and the interwar roads, Old Malden and Berrylands mostly have driveways. If a bay has to be paid for, the bill carries only what it cost.

Evenings and weekends are charged the same as a weekday morning. There’s no Saturday surcharge and no call-out fee on any day.
Prices at a glance
Tenancy cleans are set by bedroom count, £156 at the bottom of the scale and £425 at the top. Carpet prices start at £36 for a bedroom; living rooms are £43 and a staircase £41 per flight. Ovens cost £77 for a single or £110 for a double. Regular cleaning is £23 an hour per cleaner weekly or £24 fortnightly, and a one-off deep clean starts at £186. If a clerk marks down a move-out
Ring us on the usual number. Where the check-out report faults something we cleaned, let us know inside two days and we’ll return and re-clean that item for nothing, which is quicker than weeks of emails over a deposit.
