Worcester Park is KT4, south of New Malden over the Hogsmill, where Kingston gives way to the Sutton and Epsom border country. We’re on these streets every week, and kitchens make up most of the work. Our oven prices start at £77 for a single, and weekly cleaning, at £23 an hour for each cleaner, comes a close second.
Two councils, one price list
The borough boundary runs through KT4, so the council, and with it the parking and permit rules outside your door, depends on which side your road falls. We ask on the phone so nobody has to work it out at 8am holding a machine in each hand. It never changes the price. A bedroom carpet is £36 whichever council empties your bins.
Kitchens come first here
We get more oven and kitchen work from KT4 than from anywhere else on the round. These are family houses where the cooker gets used hard. Doubles cost £110 on our oven list, while 90cm ranges and two-oven AGAs are £143; a hob adds £23 or £28 (ceramic or gas) and an extractor £28. We soak the racks and hand-clean the cavity right there in the kitchen, and dinner can go in that evening.

Our regular cleaners stay with the same house, and three hours a week is the commonest booking round here. Every one of those houses fights hard water. The KT supply is chalk-fed, so screens cloud and kettles fur, and we bring acid descaler as standard.
Move-outs and carpets
Tenancy cleans follow the bedrooms. Studios are £156 and one-beds £207; a two bed costs £243, and the list climbs to £339 and then £425 for the biggest homes, limescale included. For carpets we use hot water extraction, with bedrooms at £36 and living rooms at £43. Stairs are £41 a flight, and a through lounge £61. The rinse water is softened, because hard water dries into a wool pile as a dull grey film. Most KT4 houses now have wood or tile downstairs, so a normal booking is two bedrooms and the stairs.
Getting to you
Our vans come down Malden Road from the Fountain roundabout, a straightforward run, so morning slots here are easy to offer. Just west is Old Malden, which shares KT4 and grew up around the old church on the Hogsmill. Everything on our price list applies unchanged.
