Motspur Park is part of KT3, the same postcode as New Malden, and lies south-east of the town. Reaching it doesn’t involve a trip over Malden Way, so it is one of the quickest places on our round to get to. A one bed tenancy clean here costs £207 and a bedroom carpet £36, exactly as in the town centre.
Motspur Park prices
| Job | Price |
|---|---|
| Tenancy clean, 1 bedroom | £207 |
| Tenancy clean, 2 bedrooms | £243 |
| Bedroom carpet | £36 |
| Stairs, each flight | £41 |
| Single oven | £77 |
| Weekly cleaning, per cleaner hour | £23 |
Tenancy cleans begin at £156 (studio) and top out at £425 (four bedrooms), with the bathroom descaling built in and the oven an optional £31 on top. We add nothing for travel anywhere in KT3, KT4, KT5 or SW20. The one minimum is £67, and it only bites on small one-off jobs.
Driveways make the day easier
Most homes we clean in Motspur Park have a drive or unrestricted kerb outside, so we can park by the door and nothing has to be lugged along a pavement or squeezed through a shared entrance. That saves around twenty minutes on a carpet job. It also makes the area easy to slot in late in the day, so if you’re after an afternoon this week, this is a good postcode to be calling from.
Early starts, and a handy landmark
Fulham FC train at Motspur Park, on its southern edge, and the training ground is a useful reference on the phone because many of the surrounding roads look alike on a map. With no A3 crossing between us and you, homes here often get our first slot of the morning. An 8am start is realistic, not hopeful.
What people book here
Tenancy cleans top the list, ovens come next, and after that there’s a steady run of weekly and fortnightly houses. Carpet work follows the KT3 pattern: extended semis with wooden floors downstairs, so bedroom carpets at £36 and stairs at £41 make up the usual order. Oven racks come out for a long soak and are back in your oven by the afternoon. The water is the same hard chalk supply as the rest of the round, and the descaler comes with us whether you ask for it or not.
Booking ahead
Two or three days’ notice covers most work. Month ends are tight, since move-outs cluster on the last Friday, and a late August check-out wants six weeks. Weekday mornings are easiest to get. A cancellation elsewhere in KT3 fairly often frees up a same-day slot, so it’s worth asking.
Next door
North-east, over the council boundary, is Raynes Park in SW20, where Merton’s parking rules take over. South, over the Hogsmill, you reach Worcester Park. Same prices, same number: 020 8077 6366. Our home page sets out all five services.
Questions we get asked
Is there a travel charge to Motspur Park?
No. It shares New Malden’s KT3 postcode and is a few minutes away, so the listed price is what you pay. The only extra anywhere on our round is the £67 minimum on very small one-off jobs.
How early can you start?
8am. Motspur Park is often our first call of the day because we don’t have to get over Malden Way to reach it.
Can you clean a flat above one of the shops?
Yes. Tell us about access in advance: a separate street door and a narrow staircase mean the machines get carried up by hand, and we allow time for that in the quote.
What does a two bed tenancy clean cost here?
£243, set by the bedroom count, with bathroom descaling included. The oven adds £31, taking it to £274. Carpet cleaning costs extra too, typically bedrooms (£29 each at the tenancy rate) and a flight of stairs (£35), since most ground floors here are wood.
Do you do regular cleaning as well as one-off jobs?
Both. Weekly visits are £23 an hour per cleaner and fortnightly £24, while a one-off deep clean is a team job from £186. They are separate services, so say which you want when you call.
