We work out of New Malden, covering KT3 and reaching into KT2, KT4, KT5 and SW20 at the same prices. A bedroom carpet is £36 whether it sits in an Edwardian terrace by the railway, a 1930s semi on Blagdon Road or a gated house up in Coombe. Each of the six areas below has its own page, with the local details that affect a booking there.
The six areas and what we do there
| Area | Postcode | Typical work |
|---|---|---|
| Motspur Park | KT3 | Tenancy cleans and ovens, driveways, early starts |
| Worcester Park | KT4 | Ovens and kitchens, weekly houses, a borough boundary |
| Raynes Park | SW20 | Shorter tenancies, agents asking for extraction, Merton permits |
| Coombe | KT2 | Team deep cleans, range cookers, wool carpets |
| Old Malden | KT4 | Family homes, weekly visits, older freestanding cookers |
| Berrylands | KT5 | Regular housework, bedroom carpets and stairs |
Same prices in every postcode
A single oven costs £77 anywhere on the round. Tenancy cleans run from £156 to £425 on the same bedroom scale, regular cleaning is £23 an hour for each cleaner, and a deep clean costs at least £186, which is two cleaners working three hours. There’s no travel charge and nothing extra for crossing into another postcode. The only minimum is £67 on one-off work, and most jobs pass it comfortably. See the full price list, or read what each service includes.
Streets between the six
These pages cover where the van goes most weeks, and they aren’t a hard edge. We also work in the town centre, the terraces north of the railway, the new flats along the High Street and the roads down towards Beverley Park and the Malden Centre. If you are on the margins, call 020 8077 6366 with the road name. You’ll get an answer during the call.
The A3 sets the time of day
Malden Way crosses the district on a raised road with few crossing points, so an address half a mile away on the other side can take a quarter of an hour to reach. Our rota puts the northern jobs together, up through the Coombe roads, and the southern ones together, down past Beverley Park. Coombe bookings therefore tend to open or close a day. Several of our cleaners travel on the 131 and 213 buses, so the grouping matters all the more.
Driveways and permit zones
On the interwar roads of Motspur Park, Old Malden and Berrylands there is usually a drive. Kingston’s controlled zone covers the station and the High Street and Raynes Park runs on Merton’s system, and wherever a bay has to be paid for, you are charged what it cost.
Share a visit with a neighbour
Short-notice slots often come from a trip we are already making. If the flat next door wants something done the same morning, let us know. It means one parking space and less waiting, and the £67 minimum only has to be cleared once.
Questions we get asked
Is it more expensive in the other areas?
Not at all. We charge nothing for travel and nothing for calling out, so a bedroom carpet costs £36 in Berrylands and £36 in Raynes Park. Moving from KT3 into KT2, KT4, KT5 or SW20 adds nothing. The only minimum is £67 on one-off jobs.
My road isn’t listed. Will you still come?
Usually. The area pages describe our regular stops. They aren’t a fence, and we work right across New Malden and the roads between them. Call with the road name and we’ll tell you on the phone.
Which areas can you reach fastest?
Motspur Park, which shares KT3 and has driveways instead of permit bays, is usually the quickest. Coombe is the slowest because of the A3 crossings, so jobs there tend to start or finish the day.
