Local knowledge
Working in New Malden
The town filled in from the station outwards, so the streets immediately north of the railway are two- and three-bedroom late-Victorian and Edwardian terraces built for City clerks. Beyond them the interwar boom laid down wide roads of bay-fronted 1930s semis around Blagdon Road, Cavendish Road and Malden Green, rising to large detached houses as you climb towards Coombe. The High Street has recently gained blocks of new-build apartments, including a scheme of over two hundred flats on the old retail frontage.
Two things shape how we plan a day here. The A3 Malden Way cuts the district in two on a raised alignment and the crossing points are limited, so a job on the wrong side of it can add fifteen minutes even though it's half a mile away. And Kingston runs controlled parking around the station and High Street, where residential bays need a visitor permit or a booked suspension for a long-stay van.
Heavy kitchen degreasing
The High Street's Korean restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets mean a steady stream of commercial extraction work and soy and sesame oil deposit, degreasing you wouldn't find in a comparable Surrey suburb.
Fixed prices, not teaser rates

Common questions in New Malden
Is the end of tenancy price really fixed?
Yes: fixed by property size and agreed before we start. A studio is £156, a one-bed £207, up to £425 for four bedrooms. Carpets and ovens are priced separately because not everyone needs them.
Do you do the heavy kitchen degreasing?
Yes, it's a big part of the work here. The High Street's Korean restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets mean commercial extraction and soy and sesame oil deposit, and the same build-up turns up in flats above and around them. We bring the degreasers and the time it actually takes.
What about parking near the station and High Street?
Kingston runs controlled parking there, so residential bays need a visitor permit or a booked bay suspension for a long-stay van. Tell us the street when you book and we'll sort it, or take an early slot instead.
Why does my side of the A3 matter?
Malden Way cuts the district in two on a raised alignment and the crossing points are limited, so a job half a mile away can be fifteen minutes further by van. We schedule by side of the A3 rather than by distance, which is why our arrival windows tend to hold.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
No. We work seven days, 8am to 8pm, at the same rates. Water here is hard, so we budget proper descaler dwell time on taps, screens and kettles, and we bring our own machines and materials.
